Yesterday, Monday, March 2, 2009, my place was covered with 6 ½ inch-snow. Everywhere was white in color. It was beautiful, clean, spotless and perfectly white, reminding me of ISAIAH 1:18, ". . . Recently in a youth meeting that I attended I saw a drama staged by young people and very talented, in which military imagery was used. The actors had fake guns etc. and were pretending shooting and all the sounds made it real.

I have a pair of burgundy colored-shoes. They have been sitting for months on the shelves and have never been worn. Why? It is still in good shape; they are the best and most comfortable shoes I ever had. But the look was dull, they were not shiny. I had a hard time to find shoeshine with burgundy color, black or brown colors are in abundance, but not burgundy. I have shopped around to find one with that specific color, but no luck. The year 2008 will go down in history as the year of unbelievable. In our department we saw the unbelievable become a reality when we took about 2000 delegates to Taiwan. We could not believe this huge number joining us in community services and other social projects during the World Conference on Youth and Community Service.
